Being project management, construction and material supply company, it is not easy to manage our business from home: but we do our best. We understand that if stay home now, it means we can return to normal business faster – and that is what we want.
Dear Friends, many of you are aware that Workplace Interiors (www.workplace.group, https://www.facebook.com/workplace.az ) is primarily involved in construction, fit-out, interior materials and furniture for offices, hotels, schools, conference centers and retail space.
Considering our vast experience in delivering high quality and modern office spaces, we had an idea to create a chain of coworking spaces. We have named our coworking space COLAB. (https://www.facebook.com/colab.az/) and opened our first location in Port Baku Residence. To date, it is more of CSR project for us as opposed to viable business line, since industry of freelancers, startups and small entrepreneurs is still shaping up in Azerbaijan, but we are confident it has enormous potential. Particularly, now, ready-to-use office space has many benefits and can become a very efficient tool for entrepreneurs. We also believe corporate clients will also be interested in this sustainable concept.
Thanks to the very thoughtful tactics of our government related to quarantine measures, we already sense that business will resume soon. But for now, our main aim is to protect this business line and help our members and users:
- All users that had active membership packages within the period of 01.03.2020 to 16.03.2020, will receive the same package again free of charge starting from 05.05.2020. This effectively means we will be sponsoring operation of the center for month of May, 2020.
- Members will pay only 70% of the standard package price for memberships from 05.05.2020 up to 31.08.2020 if prepaid by 31.05.2020.
And these are not just discounts, our operation costs remain the same and we will be sponsoring this to help our members to minimize the cost of restarting their businesses.
It is time now to work hard, so we go back to “business as usual” as fast as possible and we trust that COLAB. will serve as effective platform to achieve this.
